Of People that have shown Animal Cruelty and other pitiful People - The editor of IcehorseNews has been threatened physical harm and even had death threats The show Kompas has hardly been missed by anyone but there the horse scoundrel Hilmar Hroarsson was exposed, the episode was shown a week ago on channel 2. The one that is writing this decided right after the show to contact the previously mentioned Hilmar and the whole horse community knows the rest, as news about the case was published here on IcehorseNews. But this is not the whole story. In this week we have received a lot of phone calls, and have had tips about pitiful people that have used similar methods. Harsh debates have been on the forum of IcehorseNews, where most incredible inputs have contained sentences such as: "I'm not saying that the methods are correct, but we never got to see anything but the man beating the horse, we never got to see what the horse did to "deserve" such treatment". After this I am really puzzled to learn how little people know about these matters. The undersigned has received countless threats about receiving the same treatment as the poor horse did at Vatnsendi for naming the people that are guilty of doing these things and now the last phone call was yesterday and then I was threatened physical harm and even death if photographs would be published of a certain man beating his horse which have been offered to IcehoresNews for publishing. I encourage people to send us information about any such incidents. People can send us anonymous tips that we will then follow up on. I will however stress that no material will be published until it has been investigated thoroughly and we have spoken to the person in question.
