I am going to take her to the vet to get her teeth done. Here in
Canada it is not legal to practice equine dentistry unless you are a
Vet. The only problem is I have to take her off island to a good vet,
we have one here on Island but he is only good if the horse has a
laceration etc..not for diagnosing. Good point about ulcers. I am not
sure if she has had her wolf teeth removed or not.

I do have a great vet where I can leave her over night if needed as
they have a nice facility.

I should add she is not bucking...really hard, just more like
hopping, if that makes some sense? She did it when I rode bareback
and I could easily stay on.

She is from Iceland but came over as a two year old, so I assume she
was not ridden on Ice. As for her training I am not sure how she was
trained. I know she has had 5 owners so far.

I have owned her for 8 weeks now and I think maybe because I have
taken her opinion on several occasion maybe she feels she can tell me
in a louder way that she is hurting as she knows I won't get after
her.
She was what I call glazed over when I first got her. Now she is
beginning to come up to me and ask very politely for scratches and
attention.

So she will be off to see the vet and chiropractor and hopefully we
can come up with something that explains this.

Thanks so much for all your help and suggestion!
