Thanks. FWIW, it does not take an expensive camera to do that. I used the tiny little Nikon that Cary bought at Wal-Mart (for about $119 I think) to get both the continuous still shots and the little video. I have one that's a little more expensive (a slim little Kodak V610 with 10x optical zoom) and they both have the continuous feature. I can't remember the last time we hauled out the "real" camcorder. Karen Thomas, NC
