I see the same thing with my own videos when I post them to You Tube - and I can see clearly what the horses are doing on my own PC, with the uncompressed video. Do most digital cameras have the "continuous mode" for catching a series of still pictures now? Both of ours do, but they are both less than a year old. I really find the uncompressed video helpful, but honestly, the You Tube video not so much. I guess I'm expecting too much - it's nice to have You Tube for some things, but I'm not sure it's so helpful for detailed gait analysis. Or maybe it's just my old eyes...
