Sweet is right, my boy has been a stallion all this time and has never offered to kick or bite me ever. I did not know they were exotic either. I had a chance to buy my mare reasonable and she did not gait. She was 3/4 Icelandic. An accidental breeding. I bought her half brother at eight months of age. All of this was to keep the other horse company. When the horse died I bought her brother for her to look at. Then I adopted the Quater horse to keep him happy when I sold her. She was too much pepper in the pot for me after I broke eleven bones on the horse during a saddle fitting. I was almost killed. We have always had horses here and I buried my first one on the place right off my patio. She died at 29 years of age. She was a quarter horse also. I should have kept the Icelandic mare. I have a Paso trainer break them for me. He is great. I would like to ride again someday. Sylvia in California
