Hi Mary,
I do see it and that's what confounds me.  I think it
is truly amazing that he can at least be "neutral" if
not literally round at the pace.  I, for one, would
love to see more pics of him pacing in this frame,
because it defies the "rules" so to say.  And if you
taught him to lift his back at that gait, you are
amazing as well.  For those of us who have pacy horses
by conformation, could you share your tips on saving
their backs?
