> Can a chestnut flaxen have dappling?

Any horse can have dapples.

> Kria's colouring looks almost like some silver dappling is happening.

The silver (dapple) gene doesn't really have anything to do with the
dapples. The silver (dapple) gene changes *black* mane and tail hair to a
silver color. Silver dapple horses just often have dappling.

A chestnut horse does not have any black mane or tail hair for the silver
gene to have an effect on. So a chestnut horse can carry the silver gene but
it will have no effect on their visual color.
