Recently my tiny size 2 daughter tried on a pair at a local tack store. She ended up not buying them because she said she couldn't imagine what size she would have to buy to make them fit correctly at the waist.... and she HAS a waist. I think I would have to go into an oversize pair. This is why I'm hesitant to order this stuff online. I also looked into ordering riding chaps and asked for the sizing chart. However they wrote back and told me that they couldn't send me the sizing chart because it was protected by copyright.....okay...I won't order chaps from crazy people. BTW Karen, the vets weighed our Marty (dog) when he was quilled recently. He weighs more than you do. He's 140 lbs... Wanda
