I like your comment about our riding cloths being "work cloths", I agree, they are what they are cause they work, I will NEVER ride in jeans again... once you go to tights you never go back.. my only problem at the moment is figuring out which saddle I will work for both of us, I had all knee patches before, cause I had a suede seat on my saddle, this one I am testing now, has a smooth seat, which I honestly hate... I loved my suede seat, once it was worn in... I suspect I will love fullseat tights too, I wore a pair of Raven's once when I rode in her sensation... as I was sliding all over the place in it in mine... the full seats made a HUGE difference... She had the pair of tights made out of black with purple horses, I LOVED those, but they are not being made anymore... cute and fun... and they were functional..
So, I guess I vote for work cloths with function, but also attractive, however, since my body is a 50 year old body, well almost 50, and heavyweight to boot, I am not sure how attractive I will be, I guess it is in the eye of the beholder, I just don't care anymore... I put on a long t-shirt and off I go to ride... ya hoo... in fact today, I hope to test out my 6th saddle of the summer along with the Parelli air pad... I HOPE MY HORSE AND I lOVE IT..
