No, I didn't but one of these days I will take some of her and her back etc. I am just happy it is over. I will of course continue to check her for back discomfort and see if there is any temperment/gait change after. She, I believe will try her hardest to please me and take care of me. She does. Not the friendliest of mares but she has a very strong maternal instinct. And I truly believe she /I are slowly very slowly understanding each other. That is the thing about mares. Many people like geldings but once you experience/ I have no word for it with mares it is like your best girl friend. Should I say, sometimes moody!
