tell her, she will probably make it right somehow, maybe on your next
order.  I have never ever dealt with a more ethical and fair business
person who thinks of the horse before anything else, even money.  She
has quite frequently steered me toward something cheaper that was
better for my circumstances when she could have made more money off
me.
