They were definitely right. If you've ever seen a Greyhound run on its own, chasing prey or at a lure field trial, they swing their tails around like mad around a corner/turn. You never see it on the track b/c they are basically running in a straight line. Even the basenjis unfurl their tails and use them for balancing around a turn. Robyn S
