Two of our four at home kids have seizure disorders. Seizures are not painful, but they can be frightening for the person who is experiencing one, and they could be painful if a fall results. It seems as if a horse experiencing this sort of attack might also experience fear and possible injury caused by a fall or thrashing about as the mare in the video did. He is a very lucky horse indeed to have been given the gift of a a useful life despite his diagnosis.
