IceHorses don't mature differently than other breeds.  Please see the fusion

When your horse is physical and mentally mature will depend on him.  Right 
now my three year old filly is more mature than the four year old filly (I 
will call her a filly because she's not really mature enough to be called a 
mare!).

There could be many reasons for this difference.  The three-year-old was 
raised at home, had access to supplements, the four-year-old had some 
malnutrition issues, worm load, etc.

How Bo's physical maturity?  his mental maturity?
