NO, I did not have a Harness, that makes this even worse... God, I could have killed my puppy cause I am not light enough, I have never had a harness... maybe that would be a good idea, until I get lighter... fortunately she is fine.. but I tell you, I was a mess, they were talking about it and joking about it, I was laughing, but inside I was feeling REALLY guilty.. geesh...
