I'm sorry, but if the list is to be a means for people to learn, then I think terms ARE important, and this has been an on-going problem. If we are all going to use words and terms just any old way, with no attempt at standard usages, then what's the point of having a list? Without accurate terms, then e-mail is worthless - no one will know what anyone is talking about. Karen Thomas, NC
