I forgot to tell you Karen, we don't have goats because the only ones
we ever had were killed and taken off by coyotes.  They were about the
size of a newborn foal at least.  You could see by the tracks where
they dug under the fence that it was a pack of them.  So I would not
trust them around small animals!  But if you can put buck or get a
nice sized donkey to put in with the foals and dams they will keep
them away.  We had put curly in with the horses the nite the goats
were taken.  i dont care what anybody says I think coyotes are BAD
evil beings...  its not like they dont have anything to eat, we live
on the boundary of a 36,000 acre wildlife preserve, but they come eat
my chickens and the goats.  I hate em.
