Leslie Desmond Demonstration Ft. Collins, CO 23 September 2007
Sunday, September 23 from 1-6 PM Leslie will be working with two horses "Magic" and "Senator" that were brought to her in April for assessment. In the case of the chestnut gelding, Senator, she coached the owner in a new approach to take with a terrified ex-reiner/cutter who was afraid to make a mistake. The horse has made great strides since with a new owner, and now is used as a trail horse, and for starting other colts from his back. His new owner, Robin Davis, an apprentice of Leslie's will also participate in the demonstration. Leslie will coach her in the next phases Senator's development. The filly, "Magic" has been out to pasture since Leslie was here in April, so a first saddling is on the schedule. LuAnn and Jim Goodyear's Last Resort Equestrian Center 851 CR 70 Ft.
