The land for the horses, the land for the privacy, and for being able to ride on our land -- that all speaks to me. Hubby and I have been hashing this over all weekend and I think we've come to the agreement that we don't want to miss this place so we'll offer closer to the asking price, and in the end, pay it if we have to.....if it hasn't sold over the weekend! V
