Hi Cile!!  It's been a long time!

Yes, if the horses move to a "non-SE" area, it is very possible that they 
can have no further problems.

Rose came here from Michigan, where she had severe SE, and she hasn't had 
one itch since.

It is a very generous and loving thing to do, to part with a horse that 
suffers in it's current location.
