I'm wondering if you need to update QuickTime? Or maybe you can try to get to the address in the Firefox browser? (do you have Firefox? that's also free.) When you click onto the link from the website's page, what happens? does it open a new page? is there a "broken QuickTime" logo in the middle of the page? or ?? Judy
