The reverse 911 calls, and EARLY evacuation notices have saved inumerable lives of both humans and animals. It is a fantastic undertaking, and efforts are being rewarded. Fiesta Island near Sea World is now a haven for horses!! There are even horses down in Point Loma and Shelter Island, right next to the water!! Positive attitudes are shining... Gail
