That's too bad. But you know, at least they had the guts to do the right thing. I recall as a kid I had cousins that would rescue everything, and then not give it proper care. The poor animal would be laying injured in some box and not receive proper vet care, and my cousins thought they were doing the animals a favour simply because they were able to keep it alive...barely. I learned from that experience that - yes we do our best for our animals, but there comes a point where quality of life means more than anything... Wanda
