Well it's not THAT cold. What's that like Wanda? Have you always lived there? Does is seem cold or are you used to it?
Bruce's family was from South Dakota and we did consider moving there when we first got married and were leaving sunny Southern California. We opted for the more temperate climate in Southern Oregon, but I was surpspised when we visited South Dakota in the Fall that it didn't really "feel" that cold. I remember being outside hanging clothes on the line in 16 degree weather. They dried, too. In Oregon, 16 degrees is firgid and the clothes might have been stiff, but they wouldn't have been dry.
