>>> Even if you DO exaggerate, I always enjoy your posts and find them

Let me tell you the REAL scoop here. I'm not sure that even "exaggerate" is
the right word. I think Janice is the master of the written word, a person who
can maximize the story-value behind any event, but after meeting her a few
times, I honestly and truly believe ALMOST everything she says really happens.

Here's an example. Janice was planning to come visit us the first time for the
Liz Graves clinic I hosted in November 2006. She kept asking me about what
clothes to bring, if we might have snow, would there be frost, etc. and I kept
assuring her. "Janice, NC is still part of the south - it won't be THAT
different here from your part of NW Florida." So, she comes up and the clinic
attendees go to the Farrier's educational clinic one morning to see Liz present
a segment for that crowd. One of the other segments was put on by the "Buffalo
Soldiers", a Civil War reenactment group - the Buffalo Soldiers were a Union
Troop of black soldiers. Anyway, Janice had walked to her truck for some
reason, and was returning to the crowd, and when she came around the corner,
here came a group of Union Soldiers, cantering on horseback, brandishing their
swords - one went on each side of Janice, who stood in stunned silence in her
red polarfleece cape, with her pink mittened hands over her head.

Only Janice could come "north" to NC and get charged by Union Soldiers on
horseback...in 2006! There were plenty of witnesses, so I promise, that's one
that Janice didn't exaggerate. My farrier thinks that is one of the funniest
things that ever happened - he asks me about Janice every time he comes. :)
