>>>> Funny you should mention Ipods. My girlfriend and I were saying how we like to here what is going on around us when we ride. So we don't like to use them while riding. That is just us. But we have 3 of them for our cars and working out. I love them. >
I'm not talking about riding with the iPod on a regular basis. I don't even like to drive a car with the earphones on - I'm afraid I'll be distracted and not hear a siren or something I should know about. I'm just talking about the rides where I'm working on a particular skill for me, or working on teaching a horse something in particular. I have a tendency to watch a video, and think "wow, what a great idea - that seems easy!" Then when I get on the horse, I suddenly draw a blank. That's one thing I have liked about the Parelli program, and wish more trainers would incorporate - those nifty little guidebooks that you can take with you for in-the-ring review. I guess I'm just trying to find an audio equivalent for those little pocket books! Karen Thomas, NC
