maybe he is confused, getting mixed messages. frustrated. My Fox sulks when he feels you are being mean. and wont do what you ask. just stands firm and his eyes get a sort of offended look. I have to let him know by petting him that i am not meaning to be offensive. he is my horse most resistant, and most in tune with pressure. he perceives even the least thing as pressure.
