keeping in mind that i live in a really expensive area: my students pay $50/hour, half of which is to me and half of which is my barn's ring fee. if they want to rent a school horse who isn't stjarni, they'd also have to pay for that (i don't have any students doing that right now, but some of them lease horses for more than lessons.) i pay my instructor $75/hour, plus the ring fee to the barn. --vicka
