Hey Kaaren: Why don't you come to Kentucky? The place with the million dollar view on top of the hill near us is still for sale. We feel it is reasonable priced. They are asking 210,000 but I am sure they will accept a lower offer. It's 90 acres with a small house on it that needs an overhaul and a big barn. There are a lot of trails here - our 313 acres, a neighbor's 280, another neighbor's 200 and another's 500. Anneliese
