Sounds great, but my husband & I still have to be close enough to a larger population that's affluent enough to support his work & open to holistic health care for my work. My husband does saddle/bridle repair part time & works as an antique sales person in a very large center in our resort town. I of course do acupressure/nutrition on humans & acupressure on horses as well as saddle fitting.
I worry about the humidity for our boys as well. I think the dry colder winters & dry summers in the 80's of Oregon would be better for them than warm + humidity. They hate the rain/mud worse than anything. During an El Nino year, we got 36" of rain in an area that normally gets 18-22". It was horrible with the mud/sinkholes/grey for weeks on end. They just sat around in their runs ins all day/night for weeks on end because we couldn't even get to trails w/o sinking. We looked in Sedona,AZ later that years as a knee jerk reaction, but that was too dry for us & too hot for them. It would be nice to have you as neighbors though!! Kaaren
