OK, open up the main photo, the one with the body that you want to use. Then open up the photo with the head that you want to use. Find your Lasso Tool and use it along the edges of the head. There's a start and a finish and those ends need to be connected to stop the tool and end up with your desired image. Copy this to your clipboard. Go to the main photo, and paste the head on this picture. You should be able to move the head into position. If it's not the right size, you can use the Transform tool to make it larger or smaller.
