About a month ago, a couple and their two grandchildren died from
carbon monoxide poisoning while sleeping in thier horse trailer at the
World Clydesdale Show in Madison, WI.

DeVere R. Clay, 68, and his wife, Barbara J. Clay, 57, owners of
Clay's Clydesdales, and grandchildren Erin Briney, 10, and Hope
Briney, 13.  De Vere Clay was a well-known breeder and exhibitor
within the Clydesdale community. Mr. Clay was a fourth-generation
horse-breeder.

Anywho...their draft horses are going to auction.   I heard that the
Clay family had beautiful horses.
