oh i forgot, i also have a flex panel orthoflex stitchdown. actually
my favorite "treed" saddle to ride in, and i had the new shorter, more
flexible panels put on and had the back ground off to allow for even
more flexibility. It is wonderful for jaspar because there is a huge
tunnel down the spine for clearance and the panels with their booties
mean I dont even have to have a saddle pad across his spine or
anything touching his spine in anyway. he seems real happy in this
saddle and so does stonewall and fox. but stonewall and fox seem
happy in anything except stonewall for some reason doesnt seem to like
a dixie midnite saddle pad. dont ask me how i know, i can just sense
some hesitance to move out freely at first. I love this saddle for MY
comfort and love the way it feels secure and somehow makes me sit more
correctly, and I wish it would fit all my horses but I put it on tivar
and my gosh it perched up on him like a silly joke!
