The wikipedia may not have the definitive answer on everything, but this looks like a decent summary about wolf teeth. I've seen the vet pop out many of them - most are tiny, and come out easily - but after getting dumped once when my super-reliable old QH had a painful one, I err to the side of caution and take them out whenever I'm in doubt.
