as you may have read I got a new mule recently. My first ride was bitless, bridleless and reinless... it was a mess... but I didn't have any bits big enough for her mouth so I just had a halter and my fiance was leading her, then I made a rein out of the lead but she broke off and bolted before I could really do anything... so, I went to a tack shop run by an old country mule man around here. He suggested a driving bit...and it worked like a charm. Hazel was as good as could be. I am very much in love!
