"A little chilly ..." Puhleeze! Granted that Wanda, Christine and Virginia all have much colder weather than we do in Southern Oregon, but my riding outfit consists of: Under Armor top, turtleneck, warm riding jacket, silk long underwear, riding tights, half chaps, wool socks with foot warmers, silk glove liners, leather gloves and a helmet. Heaven help me if I have to get off on trail, I look like a fat little kid bundled up for playing in the snow. We had a monster wind storm a couple of weeks ago so the horses have been stepping over four downed trees in about a four mile stretch. We loved it - our own private logging road. We were sorry this morning to find that someone had cleared three of them. Back to sharing the road again.
