I know it's minor, but I'm such a worry wart. We couldn't do it at 6 mos because he didn't have much to remove yet and was still losing baby teeth. There were still quite a few baby teeth that hadn't fallen out. They had to pull 4 teeth during surgery and were tough to pull so probably wouldn't have ever come out on their own.
