Win win situation. Janice and Susan are right. If it works, you will have the horse of your dreams. If it doesn't, than you will be sure you have done everything you could do to help your relationship with the horse and will have learned lots in the process.
Hunter may be at the top of my all time favorite horse list, but for the first two weeks I had him, I went around mumbling "I have made a HUGE mistake". And, I probably had, but that spark that made him so cuckoo, has turned in a positive directon and now he's an absolute kick to ride. My grandaughter refused to come into the riding ring once with "that crazy horse". However, don't get hurt. Nancy
