Before he had a stroke, my brother used his Belgians for logging quite> a bit. He enjoyed the work and the horses did quite well.<I have subscribed to rural heritage for years and I haven't seen anyone do this kind of work with icelandics, I have seen fjords do it and that is the closest breed to it. I really wanted to know if they have the mind to do this kind of work or if it is too physical for them to handle. I personally don't think they are as thick as fjords are but they are pretty close. jeannette
