Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! I got a helmet cam and a Trackstick! http://www.trackstick.com/trackstickII.htm The Trackstick is about the size of a pocket knife. It uses satellites to track your movement.
You can keep it on you and when you're done hiking, riding, etc., you plug it into a USB port. The software shows the time you started, any stops and their length, speed, direction, altitude, temp. and then you can bring it up on GoogleEarth or YahooMaps as a map. It will be great when I go wandering around on the trails, using pieces of different trails. I can make my own trail map and then I can get videos of it with my helmet cam!
