Well the Astund is not ours, it is our friends....Hers is pretty old, she thinks it is the Astund Special, however the same model today is not what hers is....the newer tree is more narrow than the one she owns....It seems that many saddle makers no matter what country they are from change the design, the tree and yet keep it the same name. We have an old wintec aussie stock saddle...it works well for many of the Icelandics....but the new design is just is terrible for them...its a totally different saddle with the same name.
