Dan and I had been dating for a few weeks, when he came over to my house for the first time. I opened the front door and he was greeted by three dogs. Two were mine and one was a foster dog. The first thing he said was "oh...you have dogs. i've never been around them". I then said "yes...i have dogs, a daughter and horses. if that's a problem, the door is right behind you." that was 20 years ago, he's still here. HAHA!! BTW...we haven't seen his mom in years, since she refuses to accept the fact the her son married a divorce woman with a child and nasty dirty animals.
