another good wider toe ariat is the "Cascade" model, but it is a heavy
work boot with lug soles that track in dirt, but gosh I love them.  A
horse can step on your foot and not break your toes, and it doesnt
even have steel toes, altho I think you can get the cascade model with
steel toes.  I had some H&H boots like them once and they killed my
feet but my husband prefers H&H brand laceup boots.
