he has never been "nasty". i think of him as fear based, i worked him thru some phobias, one was getting into a horse trailer! it took two years to get him to just walk into a horse trailer casually. he was always a horse afraid of his own shadow, now he is still afraid, but trusting, and will always give it a try. other horses adore him :) he is the elvis of other horses :) I think they sense he has concern if they get in trouble.
