OK, there's two ways. If you open a "new post", at the tool bar at the top of the message field, are some little icons. One of them is "video" (the last one, I think). You can click onto that and upload a file from your computer. But if your video is already on the internet (i.e. youtube), you can go to the site of your video, say this one: http://youtube.com/watch?v=vRtqhGBpvKY and on the right, under About This Video, there will be some "embed" code. Click onto that and "copy". Go to your "new post" and paste the code in that message field. You should be able to hit "Preview" and see your movie there, then hit Publish, and Voila!
