That's Dr. Cook's bitless bridle.  I have a look-alike
(which was ALOT cheaper) and it crosses under the
chin.  This bitless bridle has a lot of good reviews,
and a lot of bad reviews, so like a lot of things, it
depends on your horse.  Andi did not like the
cross-over under his chin, so I uncrossed it, and he
is very happy with it uncrossed.  I will continue to
ride him in it that way.
