Thank you all for your concern, Ed is resting and will start rehabilitation  
today, extensive. He still has his cognitive abilities just fine. His left 
side  is worse than I thought. When they got him up in front of me yesterday I 
lost  it.  Yes, it was very brave of him to crawl to the phone and call 911 and 
 
tell them he was having a stroke. He said he sat and thought about it once he 
 got into his chair. He felt that he was not having a heart attack but a 
stroke,  since he had no pain and his heart was beating fine. So he dialed 911 
and 
said I  am having a stroke. He said he was afraid he would loose 
consciousness if he  didn't call then I would find him dead on the floor. Wow I 
am so glad 
he did.
