Hi Janice, I checked out the Cushings list as they have all kinds of info about safe feed for horses that don't need much in the way of carbs. There is Happy Hoof Safe and Lite and Happy Hoof High Fiber. The high fiber seems like it would be good for Icelandics but they say it is made by Spillers not Seminole. People also use the Lie but I am not sure if it is the same manufacturer. Hope this helps. Ann
