I've found that my horses tend to get their fly masks off more frequently when they are put on tight. I make sure that when they put their heads down to graze the fly mask is not tight. Gloi wants his just a tad looser than that. If you put it on too tight, he won't let you put it on the next day. Put it on nice and loose and he'll be very cooperative the next time. I still have to go on fly mask hunts - it's my summer exercise program.
