Yes. This is a Tosca relative, same breeder same sire. This pony is apparently not as tractable as Tosca. There was also a gelding named Macho that was for sale here a while back that was not easy to work with - at that time I heard he got a lot better in other hands.
Sadly, many of the ponies from the Niels West dispersal have come up for sale again. I think they were purchased cheaply for re-sale. There was a mare on Dream Horse in Oregon a few days ago (gone now) and I think Dawn Shaw has three more for sale. Nancy
